Privacy policy

This page explains the information handled when you visit olenevstudio.com. We use first-party PICMS analytics to understand site performance and improve the experience. We do not sell personal information.

Information and browser storage

Site infrastructure may process technical request details such as your IP address, browser, device, requested page and request time for delivery, security and diagnostics. PICMS analytics may store technical identifiers such as _oa_vid:ru / _oa_vid:nl and their expiry settings in local storage after consent, plus temporary session identifiers and consent and region settings in browser storage. The random visitor ID expires after 90 days and is not renewed on each visit. No analytics events are sent before you make a choice. The no-analytics option keeps analytics off; limited statistics records aggregated pageviews and basic engagement where available, without a persistent visitor ID; full analytics enables detailed events. You can withdraw consent using Cookie Settings in the footer; this removes the browser ID and unsent identified events. Analytics behavior is adjusted for privacy requirements and consent signals.

PICMS Analytics does not use cookies. It stores consent settings and analytics identifiers in localStorage and sessionStorage as described above. Cookies used by a sign-in flow or another connected service, if applicable, belong to that service and are not used by PICMS Analytics.

Theme preferences and other interface settings may be stored locally in your browser. The browser storage panel on this site lets you inspect and clear local site data.

Analytics data region

The collection region is initially selected by connection country: Russia uses the Russian analytics server, other detected countries use the Netherlands server. If the country cannot be determined, analytics events are not sent. Region selection does not replace your analytics consent. Russian source events remain in Russia. The RU banner offers Limited analytics and Full analytics; collection starts after your choice. Russian storage implements the localization requirement of Federal Law No. 152-FZ and does not itself replace a legal basis for processing. The Netherlands server receives restricted aggregate reports without visitor or session identifiers, free-text searches or full page addresses. Analytics identifiers and delivery queues are separated by region. Site hosting and resource delivery are separate data flows.

Sign-in cookies

PICMS Analytics does not use cookies. Studio EN uses separate HttpOnly cookies for sign-in:oidc_pkce protects the OAuth flow for up to 10 minutes and is cleared after sign-in; sso_access holds a short-lived access token until it expires; sso_refresh keeps the sign-in session and is renewed when the session refreshes, with each cookie lasting up to 14 days. These cookies support authentication, are not accessible to JavaScript, and are not used for analytics. The sign-out flow clears sso_access and sso_refresh.

Messages to the studio

If you contact us through Telegram or email, we use the information you send to respond and discuss potential work.

Links to AI services

Links to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity open external services with a prepared question about public information on this site. Opening a link sends that question and the site address to the selected provider. Any further conversation is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your AI chat history.
